Shipping, Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Shipment
Shipping is handled from our warehouse in Bavaria. Currently, we ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We are happy to ship our products to other countries upon request. Please contact us here: support@holisso.at .
We can guarantee delivery within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping is handled by Austrian Post (Austria) and DHL/DPD (Germany). Shipping to Switzerland is via DHL International.
Shipping costs are €5 per order (Austria and Germany). Shipping is free for orders of 2 or more items!
Shipping costs to Switzerland are €12.
You can also have your package delivered to a Packstation. Please ensure that you enter the delivery address correctly, as follows: First name, Last name, Packstation XXX, Post number, Postcode, City.
Shipping tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. We will also send you regular email updates on your package's location, allowing you to easily check its status at any time.
Delivery delays
Should there be any delivery delays, we will contact you in advance via email. However, you are also welcome to contact us at any time at support@holisso.at if you have been waiting for your package for an extended period.
Return shipping
We offer you the option to cancel your order within 14 days. If your products are unopened and nothing has been used, we will issue you a free return label. This means return shipping is free for you. However, if you have already used any of the concentrate, we cannot offer you a free return label.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund your money. This process can take up to 14 days. We will contact you as soon as the refund has been processed.

We will cover all shipping costs incurred as part of the exchange. To qualify for an exchange, please also note that the product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day,
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Holisso GmbH, Rögergasse 6, 1090 Vienna, email address: support@holisso.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
We will bear the costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
Grounds for exclusion or termination
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 14 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
